Steven Doxsie

Steve Doxsie, 62, of Ewing passed away on Friday morning May 9, 2025 at his home.

He was born in Pekin, IL on January 4, 1963 the son of Derling Travis & Mary Alice (Poole) Doxsie.

Steve married Brenda K. Johns Storey on October 27, 2001.

Mr. Doxsie enjoyed life. He loved the outdoors and good music. He was very well liked.

Mr. Doxsie is survived by his:

Wife: Brenda Doxsie of Ewing

Sister: Dawn (Tim Strickler) Doxsie of Benton

Brother: Terry Doxsie & wife Billie of Benton

2 Step-Children:

Christina Cooper of Ewing

Michael Storey of Benton

He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.

Steve was preceded in death by his Parents, 4 Brothers-Michael Dean, Ricky Eugene, Mark Anthony & Toby Daniel and Step-Daughter-Melissa Storey.

A Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on May 17th at the Kirk Cemetery in Ina with Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Burial will follow. There will be No Visitation, those attending the servce are requested to meet at the cemetery.
