Sharon R. "Sherry" Piazza, 72, of Logan passed away Monday morning, February 7, 2022 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Sherry was born in Christopher, IL on August 1, 1949, the daughter of Bernis & Bessie Fern (Sullivan) Kirk.

She was a Seamstress at all of the boat factories Mariah, Bombardier & CrownLine.

Sherry is survived by her:

Daughter: Kristy Piazza of Logan

Lifelong Partner of 35 years: Gayla Moss of Waterford, Michigan

4 Grandchildren:

Avery & Peyton

Asiah & Kennade

Sister: Karen Sue Jennings of Logan

Brother: Kern Kirk of Logan

5 Great-Grandchildren:

Magenta Jo

Roman

Kendrick

Joaquin

Rosealynn (Rosie)

She was preceded in death by her Parents, 1-Daughter-Marcie Piazza, 2 Brothers-Keith & Doyle and 1 Sister-Marie.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 11th at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home. Visitation will be after Noon on Friday at the funeral home.

Face coverings are required inside the building at the request of the family.
