Saffouh Salah Khankan

Saffouh Salah Khankan, 85, of Carbondale and formerly of Benton passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at his home. 
Saffouh was born in Damascus, Syria on November 22, 1938 the son of Salah Aldeen & Wslat (Kawkgy) Khankan.
He was a retired Coal Miner. He was also a member of the Elks.
Mr. Khankan is survived by his:
Wife: Brenda Khankan of Carbondale
Daughter: Maha (Khankan) Nelson
2 Sisters:
Mounera Abed of Damacus, Syria
Maha Khankan of Boston, MA
Several Nieces & Nephews
