Roy Lee McCain Sr., 79, of Freeburg, IL passed away Thursday evening November 30, 2023.

Roy was born on January 6, 1944 in East St. Louis, IL the son of Hubert & Marie (Crossen) McCain.

Mr. McCain is survived by his:

Son: Roy (Tanya) McCain

Daughter: Crystal (Jeff) Luttrell

William (Bill) McCain

Hubert (Sonnie) McCain

3 Sisters:

Frieda (Buhler) McCain

13 Grandchildren

12 Great-Grandchildren

2 Great-Great-Grandchildren

Mr. McCain was preceded in death by his Parents, 6 Brothers-James & Pat (Bova), Thomas, Wendell, Robert, Cletus, Benny McCain, 1 Sister-Deloris (Chassey) McCain, Son-in-law-Randy Brooks, Great-Grandson Anthony McDonald and Sister-in-law-Sue McCain.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Noon on Wednesday, December 6th at the Ebenezer Cemetery in Galatia with Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Burial will follow. There will be No Visitation, those attending the service are asked to meet at the cemetery.
