Rita June (Franko) Plasters

Rita June Plasters, 89, of Benton passed away on Sunday morning May 25, 2025 at Helia HealthCare of Benton.
She was born in West Frankfort, IL on September 22, 1935 the daughter of Eddie & Sybal (Conditt) Franko.
Ms. Plasters was Head Cook at the Franklin Hospital in Benton for over 40 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in West Frankfort. She enjoyed playing Bingo.

Craig Michael Richardson/Burgess of Arnold, MO
2 Bonus Grandsons:
Jakeb Lambert of Benton
Nicholas Lambert of Benton

Trevor Nathaniel Richardson & wife Alicia of Carrier Mills
Logan Michael Burgess of Prairie City, Iowa
She was preceded in death by her Parents.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 31st at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately after at the Benton Eagles.
