He was born in Chicago, IL on August 28, 1961 the son of Phillip Eugene Rich, Sr. & Novella Rich.
He married Shelby Marsh on November 8, 2021.
Mr. Rich is survived by his:

Son: Phillip
1 Sister and 1 Brother
As Per Mr. Rich's request, he will be cremated and No Services will be held.
