Maxine Cavins (Smith) Tucker

MAXINE CAVINS TUCKER, 89, of Benton passed away at 11:50 A.M. Friday, April 1, 2022 at Helia HealthCare in Benton.

She was born in Gary, IN on April 7, 1932, the daughter of Luther Lee & Ruby Mae (Niles) Smith.

She was first married to Roy Cavins and he preceded her in death.  She than married Robert Lewis Tucker, and he also preceded her in death.

Maxine is survived by her:

3 Children: Peggy Page & husband Robert of Logan

                     Dennis Cavins & wife Sharon of Christopher

                     Calvin Cavins & wife Julie of Benton

6 Grandchildren: Bryan Thompson, Amberly Page, Lisa Clark, Lacey Service, Cyle Cavins & Caleb Cavins

12 Great-Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husbands, Son: Roy Keith Cavins, Grandson: Jason Page, Sister: Alice Tatem & by a Brother: Calvin Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. THURSDAY, April 7th at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.  Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Ewing.  Visitation will be after 9 A.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
