Johnnie Elaine (Barnes) Overturf

Johnnie Elaine Overturf 78, of Byhalia, Mississippi  passed away on Tuesday evening, October 1, 2024 at her home. 
Johnnie was born in Sherwood, TN on November 20, 1945 the daughter of John Henry & Lissie (Simmons) Barnes.
She married Archie Lee Overturf and he preceded her in death on July 25, 2014.
Mrs. Overturf is survived by her:

Sandra Smith & Tom Wherry of Byhalia, MS
Lisa Snyder of Indiana
2 Sisters:
Pearline Freeman of Missouri
Betty Foster of Missouri
9 Grandchildren
18 Great-Grandchildren
Mrs. Overturf was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 2 Sons-Robert Ray Horn & Kevin Wayne Overturf and 4 Sisters.
Mrs. Overturf was ready to meet her Lord.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday October 7th at the Overturf Cemetery in Benton with Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Burial will follow. There will be No Visitation, those attending the service are requested at the cemetery.
