John Bush Obituary

John Merial Bush, 93, of Benton passed away Saturday evening, April 2, 2022 at the Franklin Hospital in Benton.
Born February 14, 1929, in Carterville, IL the son of Loyd D. Bush and Daisy Tiller Bush.  John grew up on their farm just outside of Carterville, IL with his parents, three sisters and four brothers.
John was a retired coal miner. He was a dedicated Jehovah's Witness minister.
Survivors include wife Ramona Bush, daughters Deborah Sue Hutchison (Ronald) of Benton, IL and Lois June Shadoan of Frostfree, Florida. Brother William Bush (Jane) of Jerseyville, Illinois. Sisters June Fotopoulos (Andy) Chicago, Illinois and Joan James (Harold) of Atlanta, Georgia. Grandchildren: Delena and Seth. Great-Grandchildren: Jailen and Avallea Ann; Many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Rose, parents, brothers Jim, Gene and Lowell Bush, sister Mary Nichels and Grandchild: Tiffany Shadoan.
Private Graveside services will be held.
A Memorial service will be held on April 16th at 2:00 P.M. on ZOOM.
