Jeanne M (Smith) Allen

Jeanne M. Allen 88, of Benton passed away Saturday morning, November 17, 2018 in Benton.
She was born in Benton, IL on April 4, 1930, the daughter of Joe & Sadie (Trifany) Smith.
Mrs. Allen was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Benton. She was retired from GTE, and was an excellent seamstress, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Allen was also a member of the Benton Boccie Ball Club.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her:
Husband: Ervin L. Allen of Benton
by a Half-Brother & Half-Sister
She was preceded in death by her Parents & by 2 Half-Brothers.
Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, November 21st at the Masonic & Oddfellows Cemetery in Benton with Father Joseph Trapp officiating. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton.
