Helen (Gostowski) Poole

Helen Poole, 94, of Benton passed away on Thursday morning, December 29, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Benton, IL on December 29, 1928 the daughter of Ray & Bessie (Elam) Gostowski.
She married Ray Poole on February 1, 1947 and he preceded her in death on February 4, 2004.
Helen was a member of Forest Baptist Church. She was an avid Elvis fan and she enjoyed bowling. Her family was her world.

Mrs. Poole was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1-Daughter: Linda Vinyard, 5 Sisters & 1 Brother.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, January 2nd at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton with Pastor Robbey Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. on Monday at the funeral home.
