Donna K. Wintz

Donna K. Wintz, 79, of Benton passed away Sunday morning February 1, 2026 at Helia HealthCare in Benton.

She was born on November 10, 1946 in Benton, IL the daughter of Byford & Betty (Blanton) Wintz.

She married David Linn on November 9, 1994, and he preceded her in death on October 22, 2021.

She retired from the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Donna is survived by her:

Step-Son: Steve Linn & wife Amanda

Granddaughter: Delaney Linn

Grandson: Gavin Linn

Special Friends: Emily, Nick & Lainey Salatas

Donna was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and a Brother-Bill.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A. M. on Friday, February 6th at the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton in Block S with Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Burial will follow. There will be No Visitation, those attending the service are requested to meet at the cemetery.
