Donna Jean (Rone) Hale

DONNA JEAN (RONE) HALE,73, of Whittington passed away Thursday afternoon, April 28, 2022 at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO.

Donna was born in Benton, IL on March 15, 1949, the daughter of William & Mary (Phillips) Rone.

Donna married Gary W. “Doc” Hale on November 13, 1967, and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2021.

She liked to mow the yard, plant flowers, do puzzles with the grandkids and read and cook.  She retired from the State Bank of Whittington.

Mrs. Hale was preceded in death by her Parents, by her Father-in-law & Mother-in-law:Walter & Racheal (Beaty) Hale, by her Brothers: Roy Rone, John Rone , Brother-in-law: Dale Willhite, Sister-in-law: Dorothy Foster & her husband Vic, and by a Nephew: William Allen Hale.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Saturday May 14, 2022 at the Ina Community Building.  Everyone is welcome.
