David Linn

David Linn, 74, of Benton passed away on Friday evening October 22, 2021 away at his home.
Mr. Linn was born in Herrin, IL on November 8, 1946 the son of Ernest Carl & Dorothy Marie (Hughes) Linn. 
David married Donna Wintz on November 9, 1994 and she survives.
Mr. Linn was a Craftsman and a carpenter who loved woodworking. He had a love for reading & movies. Mr. Linn was a Vietnam Navy Veteran serving in the Seabee's, he completed 2 tours of duty.

Son: Steve Linn & wife Amanda of Buda, TX
2 Grandchildren:
Delaney Linn of Buda, TX
Gavin Linn of Buda, TX
Special Friends: Bob & Cindy Britton of Benton
Mr. Linn was preceded in death by his Parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 27th at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton with Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
