Charles E Casey passed away Friday, September 11, 2020. He was born on August 10, 1936 to Leslie and Dora Casey.
He had a passion for flying and was a pilot, enjoyed boating, was an avid golfer and traveled the world. He was also a member of the Masons. Charles had a presence that would light up a room. His smile and laughter were contagious. Anyone that met him loved him. His most enjoyment was spending time with his family. He definitely lived his life to the fullest and was a great inspiration and loved by all.
He is survived by his children, Randy (Jenny) Casey, Rick (Lesa) Casey and Tammy (Mark) Rehbock, sister Sharon (Casey) Ratliff, stepdaughter in law Julie Smith, 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and numerous special family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife Sue Casey, son Mickey Casey, parents Leslie and Dora Casey, brother Thomas Casey, sister Mabel (Casey) Williams, 2 great grandchildren Christopher and Taylor Casey and stepson Byron Smith.
A graveside service will be held at Hams Grove Cemetery in Belle Rive on Sat, September 19th at 12 pm. We will be meeting at Johnston Funeral Home at 11:30 to drive to the cemetery.
