Bobby G Phillips

Bobby G. Phillips, 73, of Benton passed away Thursday Evening, March 29, 2018 at SIH Herrin Hospital in Herrin.
Mr. Phillips was born on September 13, 1944 in St. Louis, MO the son of Robert & Levia (Martin) Phillips. 
Bobby was an Army Veteran. He retired from Maytag after 32 years.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his:
Wife: Mary Phillips of Benton
Daughter: Laura (Keith) Tite of Carrier Mills
Son: Jonathan (Abra) Field of Benton

2 Great-Grandchildren
2 Sisters:
Linda Bush of Galatia
Sandra Brooks of Galatia
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his Parents, 1 Sister-Joyce Phillips, 2 Daughters-Patricia Edwards & Tammy Tanner and a Son-James Stewart.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 2nd at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton with Rev. Roger Roper officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
